The Cat Card account features no annual fee, competitive rates, flexible payment terms and special promotional offerings. Additional features like Cat Vantage Rewards, multiple users under one account, expense tracking by job and service and support from a dedicated customer service team mean the Cat Card works as hard as you do. 

Use your Cat Card to pay for parts, service, rentals, attachments, service and protection plans and more with participating Cat dealers and retailers. You can use your Cat Card for both small and large transactions

Your Cat Card account may be used at any participating Cat dealer or The Cat Rental Store location in the country in which the account is issued. You can also use it to shop online at parts.cat.com or the Cat Central app. To shop with the Cat Card, you will need your Individual Account Number. Make sure to save this number on parts.cat.com and the Cat Central app for a fast and easy shopping experience. Shopping in person? Your dealer can look up your account for you once you verify your identity with a government-issued ID.

The Corporate Account Number is the 16-digit number to which a credit limit is assigned, and payments are posted. It is also the number that is needed to link your Cat Card account to MyCatFinancial. The Individual Account Number is needed for transacting and saving your account information on parts.cat.com and Cat Central. 

Eligible accountholders are auto enrolled in Cat® Vantage Rewards, the Caterpillar rewards program, and earn Cat® Vantage Points on every qualifying purchase. Earn even more when shopping on parts.cat.com and the Cat Central app. Redeem these reward points for Cat Credits, which may be used toward parts, service, rentals of Cat equipment and more at any participating Cat dealer, The Cat Rental Store location or approved online Cat retailer.

Yes. Each authorized Cat Card user from your company will receive an Individual Account Number. Call our Customer Service team to learn more about authorized user settings for your account. 

Yes, Cat Card accountholders can make purchases online with approved online Cat retailers. Earn Cat Vantage Points when you use your Cat Card on parts.cat.com and the Cat Central App. Visit cat.com/getrewarded for details.  

Enjoy 24/7 account online management with MyCatFinancial. Manage online at MyCatFinancial.com or through the mobile app, available through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).  If you already manage your contracts in MyCatFinancial, you will not need to create a new account – simply log in and click Link a Cat Card. If you do not have a MyCatFinanical account, click Create Account on the main page and follow the prompts to Link a Cat Card. You will need your Cat Card account name and the 16-digit Corporate Account Number to view, manage, and pay your account online. Please note, your Corporate Account Number is different from your Individual Account Number and can be found in your Cat Card Welcome Email or by calling the Cat Card Customer Service Team. 

Yes. You can set up auto pay on your own through MyCatFinancial. You can also contact our customer support team at (1-877-373-9510) or CatCard.CustomerService@cat.com for customers in the U.S.

You will receive a monthly Cat Card statement with a summary of activity on your account. Cat Card offers two options for billing.  You can find your billing type in your welcome letter, and within MyCatFinancial once you link your Cat Card account. Please note, you will not need to pay the dealer when you make transactions with your Cat Card. You only need to pay your monthly Cat Card statement. Additional ways to pay your Cat Card balance are included on your statements. 

STATEMENT BILLING

  • Purchases: Pay in full by statement due date OR pay 10% of the balance and revolve the remainder at the interest rate listed on your statement.
  • Rentals: Payment is due in full monthly by the statement due date. The rental charge is reflected on the statement following the transaction.

INVOICE BILLING

  • Invoice billing allows you to pay each invoice in full up to the due date. You will receive a separate invoice for every transaction (purchase, rental, credits, and fees). Each invoice will have its own due date 30 days from the post date of the transaction.
  • Additional ways to pay your Cat Card balance are included on your statements.
