COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Cooling System Course is designed to prepare technicians to inspect and evaluate the cooling system configuration for optimal performance.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this course, you will be able to: 

• Evaluate the cooling system piping 
• Evaluate the expansion tank(s) 
• Evaluate the venting of the cooling system 
• Evaluate the coolant
•  Evaluate the jacket water heat connections 
• Evaluate the fan drive
•  Evaluate the performance of the cooling system
