However, there are two dealer programs designed to help you so that your Cat undercarriage maintenance isn’t your burden alone. Let’s look at how to extend the life of a Cat undercarriage and get the most out of your investment.

Cat Custom Track Service
Cat Custom Track Service is a no-cost program offered by your Cat dealer. In this service, trained Cat dealer experts come directly to your jobsite to measure the wear on your undercarriage. After the inspection, you'll receive a comprehensive report that details the wear patterns and percentages.
This report highlights any maintenance needs and helps you identify management techniques to extend the life of your undercarriage. By addressing these needs early, you can lower your overall owning and operating costs.
Undercarriage Assurance
Another available service is Undercarriage Assurance. This extended coverage program may be offered by your dealer at no additional cost.
When you purchase genuine Cat parts, they come with a standard warranty. Undercarriage Assurance may provide additional coverage, protecting you in case parts break or are defective.
Keep in mind that coverage can vary depending on the specific type of undercarriage you have.
