Estimated read time: 2 minutes

A Cat® Customer Value Agreement, or CVA, is an ownership and maintenance plan designed to keep your equipment in top condition. It provides parts and support to help your machine stay productive, so your operation runs smoothly.

And when Cat oils are included in that CVA, you will know you’re getting the right fluids for your specific equipment. You know how integral fluids are to reducing contamination and wear, so watch the video and keep reading to learn more benefits.

There are three levels of support to choose from with a CVA, and all of them can include premium Cat fluids and filters. No matter which option you select, genuine Cat parts will be delivered right to your door. For added protection, Cat fluids are automatically included in Performance and Confidence CVAs. If you choose the Convenience CVA, adding oils is highly recommended.

Here are three reasons you should include Cat oils in your CVA:

1. It’s Convenient

With Cat oils in your CVA, you’ll receive a complete maintenance parts kit, which includes any necessary filters and fluids, exactly when you need them. It’s an easy way to ensure you have everything to keep your machine running smoothly without any guesswork.

2. Fluids Formulated for Your Equipment

Cat oils are specifically designed and tested for Cat machines. This means they’re optimized to enhance the performance of your equipment and help extend the life of its components. You can trust that the fluids you’re using will work seamlessly with your machine.

3. Manage Fluid and Machine Health

Every CVA comes with Cat S•O•SSM Services fluid analysis. This service regularly tests your oil samples to give you a clear picture of the condition of your fluids and alerts you to any potential problems. It’s an effective way to keep an eye on your equipment’s health and address issues before they become costly.

For convenience, better protection, and peace of mind, it’s a smart choice to select a CVA that includes Cat oils.
