SAFETY SERVICES WORKSHOPS

Check out these three Safety Services workshops.

  1. Managing Fatigue Around the Clock Workshop

Fatigue is a major contributor to safety-related incidents on the worksite, but many organizations fail to recognize the increased risk their fatigued employees may face. This four-hour workshop increases awareness of these risks and offers personal fatigue management strategies for shift work in all industries, teaching participants the basics of fatigue, from its signs and effects to its operational, environmental/physiological and behavioral causes.

  2. Job Hazard Analysis Workshop

Job Hazard Analysis is a foundational safety process that most organizations perform, but there’s always room for improvement. This eight-hour workshop reviews the five-step hazard analysis process in depth. The workshop will help participants recognize hazards and proper levels of control for a variety of processes, equipment and worksites. After learning how to break down jobs and identify hazards methodically, participants will learn how to apply the proper level of control and advocate for strong and healthy Job Hazard Analysis going forward.

  3. Root Cause Analysis Workshop

Many organizations are unable to diagnose the true causes of safety incidents, which leads to a reoccurrence of the same issues. The Root Cause Analysis workshop teaches the skills necessary to analyze and identify the true causes of incidents or behaviors to prevent them from happening again and to build a stronger safety culture. This eight-hour workshop will teach participants a seven-step problem-solving process and review real-life case studies to find the root of safety-related issues and incidents. Working in teams, participants brainstorm corrective applications and take these skills to the real world to apply accountability across the organization.
