Gmmco invests in employee engagement during lock-down

Our employees are our biggest strength. Hence during the lockdown, while some of the project teams engaged in the critical services of the country continued to work & support our customers, it was equally important to be engaged with the team members who were in quarantine. We came up with a plan for continuous engagement through training, upskilling, cross-training, testing/quizzes, and informal team meetings to ensure we made the best use of the time while taking care that our teams were in good spirit.

Gmmco ensured every single employee had access to a common Video Conferencing technology (accessible from their corporate mobile phone as well) called Lifesize and was a part of training and meeting sessions. We have clocked over 10Lac + minutes of video conferencing during the lockdown with 1000+ active users, engaged in product and technical training, excellence programs & other key initiatives training, systems/digital training, and periodic team sync up.  The feedback from the employees has been captured in our internal collaboration platform, which shows us that this continuous engagement has been a huge success for Gmmco.

Gmmco has since started training customers as well over video conferencing with great success using Lifesize or Webex, and we plan to scale them up post lockdown as well.
