As part of our Services Commitment, exclusive with a Customer Value Agreement, we commit to next day maintenance^ and second day# common repair parts availability.

If parts are not available as promised, costs may be offset by reimbursing customers for the value of the late part up to a specific amount (depending on the country/dealer). Additionally, the program offers a second day# technician response time to fix unplanned repairs.
