As part of our Services Commitment*, exclusive with a Customer Value Agreement, Caterpillar commits to next day maintenance and second day common repair parts availability. If parts are not available as promised, costs may be offset by reimbursing customers for the value of the late part up to a specific amount (depending on the country/ dealer). Additionally, the program offers a 2nd day technician response time to fix unplanned repairs
