The undercarriage of Cat D8R with its Caterpillar elevated-sprocket action is fully suspended to provide maximum ground contact in uneven terrain, resulting in improved traction, less track slippage, better balance and a smoother ride.

NEW OPERATOR STATION

The updated cab provides the operator with greater visibility and comfort to help them work more productively. Features include a new instrument panel, new pilot-operated hydraulic implement controls which reduce operator effort and provides more consistent, precise and responsive operation and an integrated roll-over protected structure (ROPS) to help keep operators safe.
