What’s The Global Dealer Tech Challenge All About?

This competition allows Cat dealer technicians to showcase their agility, resilience and versatility in hands-on challenges. We know technicians do impressive work – now’s the time to put their skills to the ultimate test!

Get your construction game on. All skill stations at each round will feature construction industry machines like earthmoving, excavation, paving and building construction.

The regional competitions are the official first round of the Global Dealer Technician Challenge. In addition to crowning a regional winner, they determine who advances to the global semi-finals — and who moves one step closer to earning the ultimate title.

The first-ever Global Dealer Tech Challenge winner will be announced at CONEXPO/CON-AGG in Las Vegas, Nevada in March 2026. It'll be open to the public so stay tuned for updates!
